Question:
Where will I be met at the airport?
 
Answer:
Pick up details will be arranged when making your reservation. Your pick up location will be determined by factors such as the airline you are flying, whether you have carry on or checked baggage and your personal preferences. In order to expedite your pick up, your driver will have your cell phone number. Please be sure to turn your phone on once you are off the plane. If you have any difficulty finding your driver please call us immediately.
 
Question:
What if my flight is delayed?
 
Answer:
We always monitor flights with the airline so we know what your actual [as opposed to scheduled] arrival time will be. On those rare occasions when the airline misjudges the actual arrival time, the following waiting time policy will apply. For domestic flights, waiting time is complimentary, for international flights 2 hr waiting time is complimentary, thereafter waiting time will NOT billed.
 
Question:
What if my plans change and I need to cancel my reservation?
 
Answer:
Due to the scheduling and time constraints of our business, please be sure to cancel 6 hours  before your scheduled pick up time to avoid cancellation charges. Cancellation within twenty four hours before scheduled pick up time will result in a full charge equal to the cost of the trip plus a twenty percent service fee.

Reservations

All reservations must be made with our Reservation Department at 631-965-9106

 we request that all reservations be made 24 hours in advance. OR  requests with at least 6 hours notice.

Waiting Time

On pickups to the Airport or other locations, the 1st 15 minutes of Waiting Time is FREE.

On Domestic Arrivals at the Airport, the 1st 30 minutes are FREE

On International Arrivals the 1st hour is FREE. After that, Waiting Time will be charged as follows:

Cancellations / Changes

All cancellations or changes must be made at least 6 hours in advance. If the job is not cancelled or changed before the 6-hour deadline, the customer is responsible for the full fare & all related charges unless otherwise specified.

Extra Charges

When we provide our service, our Invoice WILL INCLUDE the Fare, plus a 20% Gratuity/Service Charge,

 Stops (if any) at $15.00 for stops

 

Parking Charges (if any)

Parking, tolls, etc. may apply. Total charges for the trip are determined at the completion of the ride. On airport arrivals passengers will assume full liability for payment of all charges, as a no-show, if they depart the airport without contacting our dispatch office at 631-965-9106
