This service is designed for prearranged, driver-delivered items that fit safely inside the assigned vehicle. It is not postal mail, freight shipping or certified regulated-goods transport.

Every item requires disclosure
Acceptance depends on the contents, packaging, dimensions, weight and handling needs. Never give a sealed item to the driver without accurately identifying its contents when reserving.
Items we cannot accept
Raja Limousine does not transport illegal or prohibited goods, hazardous materials, weapons, explosives, loose liquids, biohazards, controlled substances, cash or irreplaceable valuables.
Medical, laboratory, temperature-controlled, chain-of-custody or other regulated items require special handling that may be outside this service. Discuss the exact requirements before booking; the request may be declined.

Service must be confirmed in advance. Raja Limousine accepts prepaid credit-card payment. Cash is not accepted for package-delivery reservations.

Is same-day package delivery guaranteed?
No. Same-day requests depend on driver availability, pickup readiness, route, traffic and the requested delivery window. We confirm the service plan before accepting the reservation.
Can the driver pick up an item from an airport or hotel?
Airport and hotel item transfers may be arranged when the property or airline permits release to the driver. The customer must provide authorization, contact details, access instructions and any required claim information.
Do you deliver medical or legal documents?
Ordinary sealed documents may be considered. We do not represent this service as legal service of process, laboratory transport or certified chain-of-custody delivery. Tell us all handling requirements before booking.
How should an item be packaged?
The sender is responsible for secure, closed and appropriate packaging. The item must be safe to place inside a passenger vehicle and must not leak, emit fumes or require unapproved special handling.
Can I add another stop or a return trip?
Yes, when disclosed and confirmed before service. Additional mileage, stops, waiting time, tolls, parking and return transportation can affect the quoted price.
