Eligibility is determined case by case. Raja Limousine may decline any request that requires certification, specialized custody, clinical handling or equipment beyond ordinary private-vehicle transportation.

No. The pharmacy must authorize release to the designated driver, and the prescription must already be paid for and ready. Some medications require the patient, identification, signature, controlled handling or temperature control and may not be eligible.
Is same-day delivery guaranteed?
No. Same-day service depends on driver availability, pharmacy readiness, store hours, the route and your requested delivery window. We confirm timing before accepting the service.
Can the driver pay for the prescription?
No. Medication and pharmacy charges must be paid directly to the pharmacy before dispatch. Raja Limousine charges separately for transportation.
Will the driver refrigerate the medication?
Do not assume temperature control. Tell us the exact storage requirements before booking. Requests requiring refrigeration, monitoring or specialized equipment may be declined.
Can you leave the prescription at the door?
Only if the pharmacy permits it and the delivery plan has been approved in advance. Identification, signature or direct recipient handoff may be required.
