Terms & Conditions

  • Reservations: All reservations must be made with our Reservation Department at (631)-965-9106 OR online at www.Rajalimousine.com. Our office is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We request that all reservations be made at least 24 hours in advance, or with at least 6 hours notice for last-minute requests.
  • Waiting Time:
    • Airport or other pickups: first 15 minutes FREE.
    • Domestic arrivals at the airport: first 45 minutes FREE.
    • International arrivals: first 1.5 hours FREE.
    • After free waiting time, charges will apply.
  • Cancellations / Changes: Must be made at least 6 hours in advance. Late cancellations or changes incur full fare plus related charges unless otherwise specified.
  • Extra Charges: Invoice includes fare + 20% gratuity/service charge. Stops (if any) are $20–$25 per stop. Parking, tolls, or other charges may apply.

Q: Where will I be met at the airport?
A: Pick up details are arranged during reservation. Your driver will have your cell phone number for contact. Ensure your phone is on after landing. Call us if you cannot find your driver.
Q: What if my flight is delayed?
A: We monitor flights to track actual arrival times. In rare cases where the airline misjudges arrival time, your driver will adjust accordingly.
Q: What if my plans change and I need to cancel my reservation?
A: Cancel at least 6 hours before pickup to avoid charges. Cancellation within 24 hours of pickup will incur full trip cost plus 20% service fee.
