Reservations may be made through our online reservation system or by contacting Raja Limousine.

Please review your confirmation carefully. The customer is responsible for verifying the pickup date, pickup time, address, airport, airline, flight number, destination, passenger count and vehicle type.

If any information is incorrect, please contact Raja Limousine as soon as possible.

Raja Limousine operates primarily as a prepaid credit-card transportation service. A valid payment method may be required to confirm a reservation.

The customer authorizes Raja Limousine to charge the payment method associated with the reservation for the confirmed transportation and applicable authorized trip-related charges.

A standard 20% chauffeur gratuity may be added to the transportation charge unless the reservation confirmation or agreement states otherwise.

Applicable taxes, tolls, parking, airport fees, additional stops, waiting time and requested additional services may be charged separately where applicable.

For airport arrival reservations, Raja Limousine generally provides the following complimentary waiting periods:

• Domestic Airport Arrivals: Up to 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time.
• International Airport Arrivals: Up to 75 minutes of complimentary waiting time.

Waiting time beyond the complimentary period may result in additional charges.

If baggage, customs, immigration or another airport issue significantly delays you, please contact Raja Limousine dispatch.

When accurate airline and flight information is provided, Raja Limousine may monitor the passenger's flight for arrival updates.

The passenger remains responsible for providing the correct airport, airline, flight number and travel date.

Curbside pickup is our standard airport pickup service unless an inside Meet & Greet service has been specifically requested and confirmed.

Airport pickup procedures may vary by airport and terminal. Passengers should follow the instructions provided by Raja Limousine or their assigned chauffeur.

Inside airport Meet & Greet service may be requested in advance.

Our standard Meet & Greet service fee is $50 plus applicable airport parking charges, unless a different amount is shown on your reservation.

For standard reservations, cancellations made at least 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time are generally eligible for cancellation without the standard transportation charge unless different cancellation terms were provided for that reservation.

Late cancellations, specialty vehicles, group transportation, special events, hourly reservations and other contracted services may have different cancellation requirements.

A reservation should not be considered cancelled until Raja Limousine has received and acknowledged the cancellation.

If you cannot locate your chauffeur, please call Raja Limousine before leaving the pickup location or arranging alternate transportation.

A passenger who fails to appear at the confirmed pickup location and does not contact Raja Limousine may be considered a no-show.

A no-show may be charged up to the full reservation amount plus applicable trip-related charges.

Tolls, parking, airport access fees and similar trip expenses may be additional unless your reservation confirmation specifically states that they are included.

Parking associated with airport Meet & Greet service may also be added to the reservation.

The quoted transportation rate is based on the itinerary provided when the reservation is made.

Additional stops, destination changes, extended waiting, significant route changes or additional services requested by the passenger may result in additional charges.

Child seats may be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

Raja Limousine's standard child-seat charge is $25 per requested seat unless a different amount is stated on the reservation.

Please request the appropriate child seat when making your reservation.

Raja Limousine vehicle categories may include executive sedans, luxury SUVs, Mercedes Sprinter vans and other appropriate vehicles.

Specific vehicle makes, models and colors are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed.

When necessary because of availability, mechanical issues or operational requirements, Raja Limousine may provide a comparable or upgraded vehicle.

Customers are responsible for selecting a vehicle with sufficient capacity for the number of passengers and luggage.

Oversized luggage, excessive baggage, mobility equipment or unusual items should be disclosed when making the reservation.

Transportation may be limited when passengers or luggage exceed the safe capacity of the reserved vehicle.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside Raja Limousine vehicles.

Passengers are responsible for treating vehicles respectfully. Cleaning, repair or damage charges may apply when extraordinary cleaning or repairs are required because of passenger actions.

Raja Limousine makes reasonable efforts to provide timely transportation.

Travel times may be affected by traffic, accidents, severe weather, road closures, government restrictions, airport conditions, flight disruptions or other circumstances outside the company's reasonable control.

Passengers should allow sufficient travel time for airport departures and other time-sensitive transportation.

Passengers should check the vehicle for phones, wallets, luggage and other personal belongings before leaving the vehicle.

If you believe an item was left behind, please contact Raja Limousine as soon as possible.

Changes to the pickup time, date, vehicle, passenger count, route or destination are subject to availability and may change the transportation rate.

A requested change is not confirmed until Raja Limousine acknowledges the change.

Please provide a working mobile telephone number when making your reservation.

Raja Limousine dispatch or the assigned chauffeur may contact the passenger regarding the pickup.

By completing a reservation and accepting transportation from Raja Limousine, the booking customer acknowledges the reservation information, pricing and applicable terms communicated for the reservation.

If a written quote, corporate agreement or individual reservation confirmation contains terms that differ from these general website policies, the specific terms stated for that reservation may apply.
