We request that all reservations be made at least 24 hours in advance, or with at least 6 hours notice for last-minute requests.

    Airport or other pickups: first 15 minutes FREE.
  4. Domestic arrivals at the airport: first 45 minutes FREE.
  5. International arrivals: first 1.5 hours FREE.
  6. After free waiting time, charges will apply.
  7. Cancellations / Changes: Must be made at least 6 hours in advance. Late cancellations or changes incur full fare plus related charges unless otherwise specified.Extra Charges: Invoice includes fare + 20% gratuity/service charge. Stops (if any) are $20–$25 per stop. Parking, tolls, or other charges may apply.
